Patientrack is a web application that is being used to replace parts of the traditions "end of bed" charts. The introduction of Patientrack, will lead to a more compete clinical picture when patients are being reviewed and monitored both on and off the clinical areas by Consultants, Outreach teams and other clinicians involved in the patients care.
