Attached below is a flyer outlining the new auto enrolment feature and the “My Details” block on healthLearn. Can you please print this out, place in your workplace communication books and noticeboards, and make sure all staff in your area are aware of these features.
The flyer highlights two key features
- The My Details Block - a quick and easy way to see if details are up to date as soon as staff log in - and update them if they have changed. Please continue to encourage all staff to check and update their details
- Auto enrolment. To assist all staff in having the opportunity to look at a course outline before enrolling in a course, this new enrolment method provides a way to look at a course, and then seamlessly enrolled once they start interacting with the course. Much easier - no fuss. The change from needing to click the enrol me button to auto enrolment is being rolled out this week.
