ADAC provides standardised education for the safe administration of anti-cancer drugs and safe handling of hazardous drugs and related waste. The course consists of online learning and assessment and can be supported by a clinical skills workshop to consolidate theory to practice.

Competency assessments are used in your area to assess clinical skills by a designated senior person.

On completion you will be able to describe:

On completion you will be able to describe:

  • and the management of risk and exposure in the workplace. 

Kia ora! The overall aim of this course is to present the risk factors, preventative measures and implications of extravasation and how to manage potential or actual extravasation injuries.

The course consists of online learning and assessment. All components of the course must be completed before a certificate is awarded.
